By accessing or using MacroHarbor (“the Service”), including the BEACON stock screening tool at macroharbor.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MacroHarbor provides a regime-aware equity screening tool that scores publicly traded U.S. stocks on value, quality, and momentum factors. The Service includes daily stock scores, weekly picks, regime analysis, and email alerts.

3. Not Financial Advice

BEACON is an educational stock screening tool. It is not financial advice and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

All scores, rankings, and regime assessments are algorithmic and may contain errors or be based on incomplete data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

MacroHarbor is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this site should be construed as an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Automated account creation is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service.
• Redistribute BEACON scores, weekly picks, or other proprietary data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, software, and visual design on MacroHarbor are owned by MacroHarbor and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Data Accuracy

We source financial data from third-party providers and make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy. However, we do not guarantee that any data, score, or analysis is error-free, complete, or current. You use the data at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MacroHarbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails (verification, login links) and, if opted in, marketing emails (weekly picks, regime alerts). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or through your Account settings.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
